I discovered yoga in college and instantly felt its power to transform both the body and the mind. While life as a busy mom of five put my dream of teaching on hold, I never let it go. In 2025, I completed my 200-hour certification through Soul Society Yoga and finally stepped into the role I had envisioned for so long.
I create welcoming classes for all levels, with a focus on movement, breath, and balance. I’m especially passionate about helping young athletes and dancers build flexibility, prevent injury, and support long-term mobility—something I care deeply about as a mom of four athletes and one dancer.
