My oldest son, Noah, playing in his MIAA B championship game. Noah had many injuries through the years, some of which could have been prevented with proper stretching and flexibility training.

Why I Created This Program

As a mom of four athletes and one dancer, I’ve spent years on the sidelines—watching practices, cheering from the stands, and navigating the injuries, burnout, and growing pains that come with competitive youth sports.

Over time, I started to notice a gap.

Young athletes are constantly pushed to be faster, stronger, and more explosive—but they’re rarely taught how to recover, move efficiently, and stay mobile. There’s plenty of strength and speed training out there—but very little focus on flexibility, joint mobility, or core stability, which are essential to performance and injury prevention.

That’s why I created this yoga-based training program.

I’m a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) with a passion for helping young athletes build bodies that last and minds that stay steady. My program combines yoga, functional mobility, and breathwork in a way that’s accessible, age-appropriate, and built to enhance athletic performance.

Here’s what makes this work so effective:

  • When your muscles are longer, you have greater range of motion. That means smoother, more powerful movement in every sport.

  • When you can rotate around your spine with control and stability, you generate more velocity—which improves everything from your shot on goal to your throw from center field.

  • When the deepest muscles in your core and back are strong and stable, you’re far less likely to suffer from injuries like strains, pulls, or overuse conditions.

  • And when you learn to regulate your breath and calm your nervous system, you recover faster and stay mentally composed under pressure.

Whether your athlete plays lacrosse, dances en pointe, runs cross country, or steps onto a football field, this program gives them the tools to move better, feel stronger, and protect their bodies for the long game.

Format & Options

Standard Program Structure

  • Length: 4 weeks (extendable)

  • Session Duration: 60 minutes

  • Frequency: 1x/week recommended

  • Location: Your practice space, school gym, studio, or outdoor field

  • Group Size: 4–20 participants

Individual Athlete Training

  • Private or small group sessions (1-3 participants)

  • Tailored to sport, injury history, or flexibility needs

  • A great option for families with multiple active kids or siblings in sports—save time and support everyone’s recovery in one session!

  • Competitive club teams or school sports programs

Pricing Options

Team/Group Program:

  • $95 per session (up to 10 athletes)

  • Add $5 per additional participant

  • 60-minute sessions

  • 4-week commitment recommended for best results

Private/Small Group:

  • $60 per 60-minute session (1-3 participants)

  • Discounted packages available

Payment via Venmo or PayPal.
